Teenagers assault man at Branksome Chine
If you were on the beach near to the café on the early evening of Wednesday 22 June, and witnessed this, contact Dorset Police.
Confronting a group of teenagers who were misbehaving at Branksome Chine led to a man being assaulted.
At around 7.20pm on Wednesday 22 June, it was reported that the teenagers were causing anti-social behaviour at the beach near to Branksome Café. A man in his 40s confronted the group and was assaulted.
The victim sustained a cut to his nose, bumps to the head and bruising to his body.
Police Constable Sarah Dutton, of Poole police, said: “We are continuing to investigate this assault and I would urge any witnesses or anyone with information relating to the identity of those involved, to please contact us.
“I would also ask anyone who may have captured mobile phone footage of the incident to please get in touch, if you have not already spoken to police.”
