Southbourne on Sea is delighted to be holding its second community Christmas Tree switch on this Saturday, 30 November.
There will be carol singers on the green where the lights will be switched on by the Mayor Cllr Rod Cooper at 6pm. Mulled wine is being supplied by The Grove Tavern and The Ludo lounge are donating mince pies for everyone. It’s a real community event and is taking place thanks to the hard work of the Southbourne on Sea Business Association and donations from local businesses Tanner & Tilley Town Planning, Matthew and Matthew, McKinlays, and Quantum Group.
Carlie O’Neill from Tanner & Tilley commented, “This is a great start to the Christmas season and all the traders are pleased with how the business community has pulled together, This year looks set to surpass all expectations and all are welcome.”
