Police are appealing for information after the driver of a security van was robbed outside Tesco Express in Salisbury Street, Fordingbridge at approximately 11.10am on Wednesday, March 5.
A man approached the G4S driver, threatened him with a knife, and demanded that a cash box was handed over. Following the robbery the man got into a nearby vehicle being driven by a second man.
The G4S driver, a man in his 40s from Bournemouth, was uninjured.
A short time after the incident Wiltshire Police assisted in arresting two men. A quantity of cash has been recovered.
