Verwood Rustic Fayre to entertain residents this Bank Holiday
Looking for a fun activity to do on the upcoming Bank Holiday on Monday 25 August, head to Potterne Park for the Verwood Rustic Fayre.
Verwood’s annual Bank Holiday extravaganza is ready to go. Taking place on Bank Holiday Monday 25 August, the Verwood Rustic Fayre is sure to delight.
Organised by Verwood Rotary Club, the day event aims to raise money for local good causes.
The Fayre will be packed with things to see and do, from vintage vehicle displays, craft stalls and live entertainment to children’s activities and traditional games.
Have a go at the coconut shy, watch a Punch and Judy Show, or see the lovely pups in the Pet Show.
And don’t forget to sponsor a duck for the duck race.
In the arena, there will be dog agility displays, a Tae-Kwon-Do showcase, sheepdog tricks and terrier racing.
There will also be live music from Verwood Concert Brass, Bourne River Morris Men, The Purple Parrots and The Flamin’ Ukes of Ringwood.
Taking place at Potterne Park in Verwood, the gates open at 12noon. Tickets cost just £7 for adults and children go free.
