Wimborne Town ended a seven-game winless run with a 2-0 victory over visitors Thatcham Town at Cuthbury last Saturday.
The Magpies were boosted by the return to the starting line-up of skipper Scott Arnold and Mark Gamble following injury while Jon Blake was back in the side after serving a one-game suspension.
Manager Steve Cuss was still forced to re-jig the side and winger George Webb found himself playing in an unfamiliar right back role.
Wimborne dominated throughout and Sam Griffin opened the scoring in the 39th minute.
Gamble celebrated his return by scoring the second from the penalty spot on 73 minutes.
Wimborne now go into the busy Easter programme with a visit to Cinderford Town this coming Saturday.
Then on Easter Monday the Magpies host their final home game of the 2013-14 campaign with Tiverton Town providing the opposition. The kick off time for this game is 3pm.
