Dorset Police is appealing for witnesses after Walford Mill Crafts on Stone Lane, Knobcrook was burgled sometime between 8.45 and 9.30pm on Sunday 22 January.
After smashing a front window, offenders smashed a glass cabinet containing a large amount of jewellery which was stolen.
Police Constable Dave Hassell, of Wimborne police, said: “I am appealing to anyone who saw or heard anything suspicious in the Knobcrook area during the relevant time to please contact Dorset Police.
“I am particularly keen to hear from anyone who has seen or been offered items of jewellery for sale in suspicious circumstances since the time of the incident.”
