Wimborne Drama Productions cancel summer play
Postponed last year and again this year, Sense and Sensibility will be performed at Deans Court in July 2022.
Wimborne Drama Productions had hoped to stage Sense and Sensibility at Deans Court in July but due to the ongoing COVID-19 restrictions the company has decided to postpone the production until next year. It had originally been scheduled to be staged in July 2020.
Performances will now be from 14-17 July 2022.
However, before that, audiences have Agatha Christie’s Towards Zero to look forward to. Directed by Paul Dodman, the production is scheduled to take place at the Tivoli Theatre from 21 – 23 October.
Publicity ad business manager Richard Neal said, “We very much hope that by the summer, when auditions take place and rehearsals start, restrictions will have been lifted enough for this to go ahead.”
