Young people to have a voice at Covid-19 briefing
Many questions are on the lips of young people during this pandemic and this is their chance to get some answers.
Local youngsters are to have the chance to have their questions on Covid-19 answered by a panel of experts.
Questions emailed to Dorset@participationpeople.com will be put to a panel live at 6.45pm on Thursday 26 November.
However, if you would like to ask a question but aren’t sure how to put it, come along to the friendly zoom session at 6pm and help will be on hand. Email the address above to book a place and to get the link.
More information is available on social media #DorsetCovidYouthVoice.
The panel will be chaired by one of Dorset’s Youth Parliament Members. On the panel will be Theresa Leavy, Dorset Council executive director for Children’s Services, Cllr Andrew Parry, Dorset Council portfolio holder for Children, Education and Early Help, Dr Forbes Watson, lead GP and chairman of the NHS Clinical Commissioning Group for Dorset and Miriam Leigh, principal educational psychologist at Dorset Council.
