Detectives investigating an alleged attempted murder in Poole are appealing for witnesses and anyone with information to come forward – with one man arrested.
At 5.30pm on Monday 16 September 2013 officers were called to an incident along Sea View Road in which two men sustained serious, but not life threatening injuries.
A cordon has been put in place at Sea View Road.
Detective Inspector Becky Riggs, of Poole and Bournemouth CID, said: “This was a very serious incident.
“I am appealing for witnesses and anyone with information to come forward as I believe that two further men where involved in the incident.
“Anyone with information should call Dorset Police urgently.
“All calls will be treated in strictest confidence.”
One of the men is described as white, tall and aged in his mid to late twenties. He has short brown hair and was wearing a black jacket. The other man is also white and was wearing an orange T-shirt. He may be injured as a result of this incident.
A 25-year-old Poole man has been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder and is helping officers with their enquiries.
