Car fails to stop in Bournemouth three-vehicle collision
Dorset Police are urging the driver of the Mini Cooper to come forward in addition to anyone with dashcam footage.
Three vehicles were involved in a collision in Bournemouth on Tuesday 24 June in which one car failed to stop.
Dorset Police received a report at 9.48am of a road traffic collision involving a white Volkswagen Transporter, a black Mini Cooper and a silver Honda CR-V in Queens Park Road at the junction with Howard Road.
It was further reported that the driver of the black Mini Cooper had left the scene following the collision.
No injuries were reported.
Police Constable Kier Dagnall, of the Roads Policing Team, said: “We are carrying out enquiries into this collision and I would urge any witnesses or anyone with information that might assist our investigation to please contact us.
“I would also urge anyone who was driving in the area and has dashcam fitted to their vehicle to please check their footage for anything of relevance.
“Furthermore, I would like to make a direct appeal to the person reported to have left the scene to please do the right thing and come forward.”
