Police investigating two assaults in Wimborne Minster town centre have issued an additional CCTV image of the suspect.
On Saturday 11 June at around 1.15am police were called to reports of an altercation involving a group of men outside the Man in the Wall pub in West Borough.
A 30-year-old man from Horton was punched in the side of his face by an unknown man causing reddening and bruising.
A short time later, officers received a second call to reports of an assault at the same location.
A 22-year-old local man was punched by another man. A number of men then punched and kicked the victim in the head while he was on the floor. He was rendered unconscious during part of the incident.
The victim was taken to Poole Hospital for treatment to minor injuries and as a precaution.
The suspect is described as white, with blond hair and was wearing a grey T-shirt with a white coat or jumper tied around his shoulders.
Police Constable Mike Burt, of East Dorset police, said: “As part of my investigation I am now in a position to release a clearer CCTV image of the man suspected of being responsible for both of these assaults.
“I am appealing to anyone who knows the man pictured to please contact Dorset Police.”
No arrests have been made.
