Paul Reade, Community and Events Fundraiser comments; “This is a really exciting way to raise money for charity, with speeds of up to 120mph whilst falling for two miles whilst strapped to a professional Tandem instructor. Skydive Saturday will take place on 6 July. The whole experience is professionally run by the Skydive UK team who will be with you every step of the way.”
All you need to do is sign up for the ‘Jump for FREE’ is to raise £395 with a minimum of £145 going to Autism Wessex. Additional sponsorship money raised could dramatically increase the donation to Autism Wessex.
Autism Wessex provides varied and far reaching services, with three main areas of support: Portfield School for education services and residential care, Community Wessex for social care service and Advocacy and Advice services available to anyone who need it.
Whilst there is no cure for autism, with appropriate education, support or care and by making the world an easier place to understand, the impact of autism can be reduced and people with autism can be active citizens enjoying maximum independence and a good quality of life
