Cupcakes and the Great Verwood Bake Off final

Heat winners from Years 4 and 5 from Emmanuel and Hillside, Trinity and Verwood First schools came together to bake and decorate their cupcakes for judging by the Mayor of Verwood, Cllr Sandra Grove, and the headteachers of the participating schools.

After the all important taste test, the judges announced the winner.

Amelia Taylor of Emmanuel Middle School was crowned Bake Off Champion and received a cupcake recipe book as her prize.
