Why not head down to the free Easter Family Fun Day at The Furlong shopping centre on Saturday 30 March? Enjoy a chance to meet some new chicks and learn about the hatching process from Charlie’s Chickens and discover the cheeky Easter bunny hunt (with yummy chocolate eggs as prizes). You can enjoy a leisurely shop while the kids are entertained with free art and craft activities, including biscuit decorating and classic games. With free face painting for the first 10 children, goodie bags from Explore Learning and delicious ice creams from the Chilly White ice cream cart there’s something to put a smile on everyone’s face.The event is free but any donations received will be given to the local Margaret Green Animal Rescue charity.
