Hop along to easter egg hunt in Wimborne

Wimborne Community Garden is inviting local residents to come along to the Great Easter Egg Hunt on Sunday 29 March from 2pm—3.30pm.

As well as the egg hunt itself, there will be activities available for children to take part in including the infamous corn hole game, pancake races and egg and spoon races.

There will also be a plant stall and tea and cakes for all to enjoy.

Entry for the event is free, but a payment is required for children to go onto the field where the activities are taking place.

The garden is run by volunteers, who are currently fundraising to create a show garden at the BBC Gardeners’ World Spring Fair. So far, they have passed their initial target of £1,500 and are now aiming for £1,800.

Wimborne Community Garden is located on School Lane, Wimborne, BH21 1HQ, opposite Beaucroft Foundation School.
