Indecent exposure in Bournemouth
Anyone who witnessed this incident, which took place along Wimborne Road close to the junction with Cavendish Road should contact the police.
A man is reported to have exposed himself and committed an indecent act in Bournemouth on Tuesday 19 August.
Dorset Police received a report from a third party that between 8.30am and 8.40am the victim – a woman in her 20s – was walking along Wimborne Road close to the junction with Cavendish Road when she was approached by a man who was unknown to her.
It was reported that the man spoke to the woman before the incident.
The man is described as dark-skinned, five feet eight inches tall and of average build with short black hair. He was wearing a grey T-shirt and dark trousers.
Police Constable Lewis Gravett, of Dorset Police, said: “This was an uncomfortable experience for the victim and we are carrying out enquiries into this incident to identify the man involved.
“I am keen to hear from any witnesses or anyone with information that might assist our enquiries.
“I would also ask any motorists who were driving in the areas of Wimborne Road, Cavendish Road and Dean Park Road to please check any dashcam footage to see if they have captured anything of relevance.”
