Man arrested following attempted burglaries in Longham
CCTV or dashcam footage would be very helpful for the police in this case to help with the police inquiries.
A 21-year-old man from Hampshire was arrested on suspicion of attempted burglary and has been released under investigation while enquiries continue.
Between 6pm and 7pm on Thursday 31 March it is reported that a man attempted to gain entry to two properties on Ringwood Road in Longham.
On both occasions, it is alleged that the man was disturbed by occupants within the property.
Police Constable Ashlea Gale, of Ferndown police, said: “Our investigation is continuing into these incidents and I am appealing to anyone who witnessed any suspicious activity around the relevant time to please get in touch.
“I would also urge residents and motorists to please check their home CCTV systems or dashcams for any relevant footage to assist my enquiries.”
