Man injured in Bournemouth hit-and-run
Police are hoping the driver responsible, as well as any witnesses or drivers with dashcam footage, will come forward.
A pedestrian was hit by a grey car in Wimborne Road, near the junction with Leslie Road, on Saturday 28 March at around 5.20pm.
It was reported that the driver of the car failed to stop at the scene.
The man, in his 20s, attended hospital with injuries not believed to be serious.
Police Constable Beth Pharoah, of Bournemouth police, said: “We have been carrying out enquiries into this collision and I am keen to hear from any witnesses who have not already spoken to police, as well as anyone who may have captured relevant dashcam footage.
“I would also like to make a plea to the driver of the vehicle involved to please do the right thing and come forward so we can take your account of what happened.”
