Wimborne Rotary Club has funded new team shirts and jackets for Merley Cobham Girls’ Youth Football Club. Having won the New Forest Girls’ Football League for under-13s a year ago, the team went on to repeat their success this season, taking the under-14s title. The club has recently formed an under-11s team, and is seeking players from the Wimborne area. Those interested should contact Martin Rendell on 07702 309726.
