Cllr Mrs Sandra Grove the outgoing mayor of Verwood and her consort Clive Grove were guests of the Verwood Probus Club at a black tie dinner dance celebrating 25 years since the club was formed in 1991.

I look forward to attending as many civic and ceremonial functions to enhance the council’s profile and promote its initiatives and business opportunities,” said Cllr David Shortell following his election as the new chairman for East Dorset District Council.

The outgoing chairman of East Dorset District Council has donated £3888 to two local charities.
