Students have created artworks for their schoolground drains as part of a project raising awareness about ocean pollution.

Collaboration has been announced between Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council and East Devon District Council.

The ‘100 days of summer’ scheme will see Police constables and PCSOs visible in Bournemouth, Poole and Weymouth.

There will be 50 acts on four stages to entertain crowds over the weekend of Friday 26 to Sunday 28 July, including Indie and tribute bands.

People who have lost a loved one are invited to Poole Park on 15 June to tie a yellow ribbon at a memorial event.

Applications to the BCP Household Support Fund are invited from people struggling with the cost of living.

Children across Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole (BCP Council area) will be having splashing fun in the sun this summer.
