Organisers have come up with a raft of events to ensure that people in Ringwood are able to celebrate Christmas – in a different way.
With everyone using gardening as a therapy during lockdown, it may not be to surprising that entries to Ringwood Town Council’s allotment competition were very high.
Hampshire Farmers’ Market is visiting the spacious courtyard at The Furlong shopping centre in Ringwood this Saturday, 26 September from 10am-2pm.
Ringwood is planning to host some events over the coming months, but sadly others in the town’s calendar won’t be possible.
Ian Thornton, 77, from Ringwood, was determined to help others during lockdown – and to keep fit at the same time.
Ringwood will be welcoming back its Farmers’ Market in the Furlong centre courtyard on Saturday 25 July, from 10am-2pm.
On Sunday, a large unauthorised encampment arrived at the Ringwood Health and Leisure Centre car park and the access road into Ringwood School.
