Ringwood Town Council will be holding its second outdoor meeting on Wednesday 27 July at 7pm in The Gateway Square.
At the first meeting in 2015, the agenda items were selected due to their being the most contentious issues, which local residents might want to have their say on, and this year will be no different.
With over 1,000 houses planned for Ringwood over the next 20 years, town councillors will be allowing residents to air their concerns at this meeting.
Mayor of Ringwood, Councillor Michael Thierry, said: “As councillors, we must understand the needs of our residents, and I can think of no better way of consulting with people than to make this meeting as open as possible.”
The first part of the meeting will be a standard full council meeting followed by a public open forum, which will be chaired by the mayor and where people may ask questions or raise concerns.
