The pair of collisions occurred on Friday 18 October, one at Lake Gates and the other in Corfe Mullen.
Pupils from Years 5, 6 and 7 at Lockyer’s Middle School took part in science lessons in Merck’s mobile Curiosity Cube.
The Corfe Mullen theft occurred on Thursday 11 July and the Poole theft on Wednesday 18 July. Dorset Police are seeking information.
During the 11-day Big Walk and Wheel challenge, 59 per cent of Lockyer’s School pupils, travelled by foot, scooter, bicycle or wheelchair.
