Hip arthritis pain reduced through pioneering cycling programme
Thirteen local residents have now completed a programme in ‘Cycling Against Hip Pain’ (CHAIN) a concept proposed by Mr Robert Middleton, Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon and hip specialist at the Royal Bournemouth Hospital; a leading centre in hip replacement surgery.

“You’re Brilliant!” say students
Morebus Driver Robbie Bartle has been honoured by Bournemouth University’s Students’ Union with their annual ‘You’re Brilliant’ award. The awards are usually nominated to staff working within the university so Robbie, from Canford Heath, was delighted that his great personality and customer service skills were appreciated by passengers using the university’s dedicated bus network.
