Motorcyclist seriously injured in Poole collision
Motorists with any dashcam footage or any witnesses to this collision on Saturday 31 May are asked to contact Dorset Police.
A motorcyclist was seriously injured in a collision which took place on Saturday 31 May near Poole.
Dorset Police received a report at 5.59pm of a collision on the A350 Blandford Road North near the Beacon Hill junction involving a blue Renault Clio and a black Yamaha motorcycle.
Emergency services attended and road closures were put in place to allow them to respond to the incident.
The rider of the motorcycle, a man in his 50s, was taken to hospital for treatment to injuries that were believed to be serious but not life-changing or life-threatening.
Sergeant Chris Brolan, of the Roads Policing Team, said: “We are conducting an ongoing investigation into the circumstances of this collision, and I am keen to hear from any witnesses who have not already spoken to police.
“I would also urge motorists who were in the area to please review any dashcam footage for anything that might assist our enquiries.
“Finally, I would like to thank members of the public for their patience and understanding while the road closures were in place.”
