Poole Quay fireworks confirmed for Thursday plus an extra date

BCP Council has confirmed that this Thursday’s evening fireworks will go ahead as planned. It has also confirmed that an extra date, Thursday 3 September, has been added to make up for the cancelled show during the heatwave.

This means there will be fireworks on Poole Quay on Thursday 27 August and Thursday 3 September (weather permitting), making a great way to round off the summer holidays.

The events are expected to bring increased footfall into the town and around Poole Quay during the afternoon and evening, so businesses may wish to plan staffing and opening hours accordingly.
