Dorset Police are hoping witnesses will come forward following the theft of a moped outside the Junction Sports and Leisure Centre.

The incident took place at around 7.45pm on Friday 20 February in the gardens, and police are appealing for witnesses.

There has been a spate of thefts from ATMs in in Wimborne Road, Christchurch Road, Queens Road and Castle Lane West.

Anyone with video footage or any information about these incidents on the Mount should contact Hampshire Police.

With a description of the thief being supplied, Dorset Police are keen to speak to witnesses or to access CCTV images.

Beachgoers enjoying the hot weather last Saturday had items stolen while they were swimming in the sea.

Anyone who has been offered such equipment for sale or has any information about this theft should contact the police.

Following the theft of a high value watch in Bournemouth, a man has been arrested.
