The Safe Places scheme is launching on 6 July offering an initial point of contact for people in need of support when out and about.

The Dorset Police Taxi Watch initiative, which partners with STARS Dorset, received the Watch Group Award 2025.

The firework evenings take place in Bournemouth on Fridays from 24 July to 28 August and in Poole on Thursdays from 6 to 27 August.

78-year-old Graham went missing between 11pm on Thursday 25 June and 6am on Friday 26 June 2026. The police search remains ongoing.
