Cyclist injured in Sandecotes Road, Poole collision

A cyclist was seriously injured in a collision on Sandecotes Road, near to the junction with Glengariff Road on Tuesday 15 September and police are hoping witnesses will come forward.

Following a report received by police at 4.21pm, about the collision involving a blue Tesla, emergency services attended. The cyclist, a man in his 30s, was taken to hospital for treatment.

Detective Constable Adam Carr, of the Serious Collision Investigation Team, said: “We are still conducting enquiries to establish the full circumstances of this collision, and I am appealing for any witnesses who have not already spoken to police to please contact us.

“I would also ask anyone who was driving in the vicinity around the relevant time to please review any dashcam footage for anything that might assist our investigation.”
