Sunday fireworks event for Ringwood
Charly Keith, Ringwood Town Council event manager, said it is one of the favourite dates in the town’s calendar.
With plenty of entertainment on offer, Ringwood Town Council is hoping that its fireworks event on Sunday 1 November will result in the biggest turnout yet.
It will include a fairground, children’s entertainment, fire shows, two fireworks displays and live music from Swing Unlimited Big Band.
Gates open at 3pm for the fairground, children’s entertainment, food, and drink stalls.
A ‘low bangs’ display starts at 5.30pm. Swing Unlimited Big Band will be on stage from 6pm. The bonfire will be lit around 6.15pm and the main display at 7pm.
Charly Keith, Ringwood Town Council event manager, said: “This is one of the favourite dates in the Ringwood events calendar. As ever, we work hard to keep our ticket prices as low as possible for the benefit of our local community and want to thank our headline sponsor, Clear Insurance Management, for their support in helping us achieve this. We also want to say thank you to the many local charities and community organisations who help us with events including the Rotary Club of Ringwood, Ringwood and District Round Table, Men’s Shed and Ringwood Carnival.”
There will be plenty of food options on site and The Round Table will be running a bar where all profits go to support local charities and activities in the area. Carvers Clubhouse will be offering a special event menu.
Tickets are on sale via Ticket Tailor at: https://buytickets.at/ringwoodtowncouncil/2418970 with Super Early Bird on sale until 8 October at a price of £3 (plus booking fee) and, as ever, pre-schoolers, people with disabilities and their carers are free.
