Travelling planetarium lands in Bournemouth

Currently under construction and ready for action soon, a travelling planetarium dome is taking shape in Bournemouth Square, due to be up and running from 2 to 25 October.

Offering tours across the solar system to distant planets and exploring the wider universe, the planetarium can house up to 60 people, sitting in comfort as they cruise the galaxy.

General admission tickets are £10 with discounts for children, students and families or group bookings. Shows start from 11am and run to 5.00 or 6.30 during the week, with individual performances lasting from 25-35 minutes.
