Verwood remembers
Yesterday’s Armistice Day service held at the cenotaph in Verwood was well attended and included many children. Those in the photographs are from Trinity School and Orchard Day Nursery. The nursery laid three wreaths and paper flowers and the Trinity children laid poppies with poems.
Update: Verwood woman injured
Sadly, the 86-year-old man from Shillingstone, who was traveling in the Peugeot 308, died from his injuries today (12 November). His next of kin have been informed and the coroner notified.
