Ferndown fireworks set to sparkle

Events kick off with a “Spookfest Ferndown” takeover in the town centre, running from 24-31 October. Organisers aim to get all local businesses involved, attracting people into the town centre with displays and attractions.

Then, there will be two fireworks displays on 31 October, backed by Hearnes Estate Agents and Hot Radio. Taking place at King George V Playing Fields, the gates open at 3pm.

Preceded by kids’ fun with Krazy Kev, the first display at 5.45pm is more suitable for younger people. That will be followed by family entertainment on the new professional-quality stage before the main spectacular show from 8.45pm.

Event attractions will include high-quality sound and lighting, along with a lively fairground, a variety of food stalls and licensed bars, plus a VIP area with terrace in the Regency Room sponsors and premium guests.
