Seaside Scramble set for Poole

Dorset & Somerset Air Ambulance is hoping people will sign up to take part in a new event.

The Seaside Scramble, a fun-filled 5K challenge, is being held at Baiter Park, Poole on Saturday 9 May.

Packed with air ambulance-themed obstacles, it is guaranteed to get participants giggling as they run, climb, crawl and scramble their way along the course.

Around one third of Dorset and Somerset Air Ambulance’s missions take place across Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole, making this a truly local cause.

All participants will receive a free event T-shirt and finisher’s medal. Participants are encouraged to raise £50 in sponsorship to support the charity’s life-saving work. Tickets are available at https://www.dsairambulance.org.uk/Event/seasidescramble2026
