A play about the women of Dorset through history ended its run with a spectacular lantern parade through the streets of Dorchester.

Anyone travelling on the A338 Spur Road on 25 July who witnessed this collision is asked to contact the police.

Scenes of local natural life and landscapes taken by East Dorset Photography Club have been installed in the patient transportation area.

Dorset remains one of the safest areas in the country, with a drop in crime according to the Office for National Statistics.

People have until 9 August to take part in a butterfly count, and BCP Council is urging people to take part.
