Cllr Andy Hadley said the Local Lane Rental Scheme, which is the first of its kind in the South West is a significant step forward.

Dorset Council and BCP Council are working to prevent homelessness, with both authorities presenting new strategies.

The funding is available for Boscombe West, Hamworthy West and Turlin Moor, and West Howe over the next decade.
