Wimborne Drama Productions are presenting Love From A Stranger at the Wimborne theatre from 20 to 22 October.

The sound and light installation will be in place from 8 September until 9 October ahead of the Bournemouth Arts By the Sea Festival.

Ahead of the Bank Holiday and with the Bournemouth Air Festival from 1-4 September the area will see a large influx of people.

Sonnaz Nooranvary, who is the resident upholstery expert on BBC One’s ‘The Repair Shop’, will open the event which runs from 2-5 September.

The new Christmas Maritime Light Festival will run from Saturday 19 November – Monday 2 January celebrating the town’s maritime heritage.

Nearly 1,000 attended the Organ Prom on 13 August and Salisbury Cathedral Organ Festival organisers have high hopes for Richard Pinel’s concert.

There will be plenty for visitors to see and do at the event in Ringwood Road which takes place this Saturday.

Artsreach and Squashbox Theatre present ‘Stones and Bones’ at the Allendale Centre and Langton Matravers Village Hall.

There is still time for people to enjoy a variety of nature discovery activities in parks in Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole.

Running from 9 to 18 September there are a whole host of events taking place with 60 properties participating.
