A new exhibition celebrating the life of Ian Willis, who opened Serles House in Wimborne for charity, is on show at the Museum of East Dorset.

That’s right, the film we’ve all been waiting for is showing at the Regent Centre in Christchurch from Friday 15 October.

Jonny Fluffypunk will present a new little show for families in Sturminster Marshall on Saturday 30 October.

The Allendale Centre in Wimborne is to host Wimborne Rotary Club’s craft fair on Saturday 23 October from 10am-4pm.

A concert with a musical celebration of 40 upbeat songs will be staged at venues in Verwood and Wimborne.

Back at the Allendale – Swing Unlimited Big Band’s jazz concert raised more than £1,270 for local charities.

Pop along to Bournemouth’s Pier Approach this Thursday to enjoy performers in the second Coastal Vibe event.

There is still time to enjoy events at this week’s festival which has received funding from Talbot Village Trust.

Plans are afoot for Christmas and 2022, and the committee is keen for more people in Fordingbridge to become involved.

The event from 4-8 October will be held in five different locations in the county and it is free to attend.
